Assuming he can make a strong argument, ala AR who made a compelling argument that his yes hope is football, not sure it's an easy case, he could be reinstated.

Putting aside the entire practicality of it and whether it would ever occur, to me, it's an interesting situation. I would think TT would be hesitant to bring him back, but then again, nothing has ever been shown that Johnny Jolly wasn't a very good team mate. I actually believe in redemption and mercy. I also believe he's a very interesting story. I've been as hard as anyone on Jolly, but the strong defense and reasoning by AR about him and the importance of the team and game in his life gave me pause to think or rethink.

I think this could end up a very interesting decision for TT. As usual, the Packers publically say, "we're not worried" about the defense. But I'm wondering if the defense pulls another stinker next season like last year if Capers job is on the line?

Another year of Stafford being healthy and producing will lead me to agree with the assessment. At this point however, Stafford, Pettigrew, Delmas, Levy and Hill do make this to be a pretty damned productive draft. Interesting to take a look back and do a true assessment after players have had a few years to play and develop.

I'll throw out a C+. No argument, be it best available player or whatever else Mayhew can throw at me explain the Broyles gamble in the 2nd round. Reiff should be a no brainer though, and I feel like Bentley may have been a sneaky good sleeper type guy if they can bulk him up just a little.

Also can't understand the Whitehead pick, and the trade up for him (a likely special teams guy and nothing more) ... as well as the pick of Ronnell Lewis (particularly because I can't seen where this guy fits in to a 4-3 defense ... too small to play end, really ... to slow for OLB ... ) ... but that's why I'm not being paid millions I suppose. Haha.
